There's a plethora, a huge variety of sweet dishes to choose from

The term 'Kulfi' is actually derived from the Persian word 'qulfi' meaning 'covered cup', that's what it is, here we understand covered cup to be the Kulfi mould. One can have milkshake in quite a number of flavours, may it be simple milkshake or filled with nuts, may it be strawberry flavoured or vanilla, may it be banana milkshake or pineapple one, every type tastes super sweet and super delicious. Not a dish though yet we are including this in our list.

There's a plethora, a huge variety of sweet dishes to choose from. Kulfi is actually evaporated and flavoured milk, topped up with nuts and raisins, frozen in cups which gives it the feel of ice-cream. Masala chai is quite famous among all. A simple yet healthy drink, we have adopted milkshake and made it truly Indian. We Indians simply love our chai, chai means tea.. We love Kulfi so much that we would ever take its origin to be not from India. This article will bring to light the reality and origin of some really sweet and delicious dishes. MILKSHAKE: This is of course not Indian, the origin however is debatable.

However, the credit of preparing tea with milk is truly Indian, that's how we Indianised tea, by making a Plastic medical mould concoction of tea using milk, sugar and some other ingredients. These were the dishes that in spite of not being Indian have made their way into our hearts in such a way that they can never be called unIndian again, they are Indian now.We Indians, in fact most of us, have a sweet tooth and that is in itself a blessing. Having originated in Persia or basically the Middle East, the Kulfi has garnered a huge fan following since its arrival in India.

Among these, some didn't originate in India yet they are too popular that no one would consider them not from India. Moreover, a milkshake can be had anytime, during breakfast or after a morning walk, during a hot noon ir a rainy evening, during a night stroll with friends or at night. There is a huge variety of Kulfis to choose from, the most famous ones being Badam Kulfi and Pista Kulfi. Chai is actually the second blood running in our body apart from the real blood.

However, the credit for growing tea goes to the Chinese but in order to compete and bring down the monopoly of China in tea, the British introduced tea to India and now it has become an integral part of our lives, for instance there are many who wake up only with bed-tea, without it there is no morning for them or there are many who can't concentrate if they don't have a cup of tea, such is the craze for tea or I should say chai. Milkshake is very healthy, nutritious and most importantly delicious.
